Birmingham factory
At the factory in Saltley Birmingham, there is a fully equipped modern workshop facility where pumps are made into customised packages. Here A.P.E also offers rapid services for electrical and mechanical repairs. The factory also has a specialised mechanical seal refurbishment centre which assists in quick turnarounds for specialised equipment and cost saving for the customer.
Manchester Factory and Testing Facility
Tests can be carried out to the following standards:
1- ISO 2548: 1973 BS5316 Part 1 1976: Specification for acceptance tests for centrifugal mixed flow and axial pumps – Class C tests
2- ISO 3555:1977 BS5316 Part 2 1977: Specification for acceptance tests for centrifugal mixed flow and axial pumps – Class B tests
Interpretation of raw data can be as required by the above standards or to other codes e.g. API 610, client’s in-house codes etc.
